A “Locked Event” has a director, an approved event plan with work being actively done on the plan and a client or ‘qualified candidate’ client.

An “Unlocked Event” might have some but not all of the aspects of a “Locked Event”.

Invitation-only events will not be posted on the publicly; if web page is necessary for signup and payment is necessary, will be password protected.

Open to the public events can have web web page for signup and payment without password protection.
